Our passion and expertise around growth and development drives us to keep learning, and to tailor solutions that best suit your people’s needs.  We design learning paths that cater to different learning styles and preferences, while enabling continuous development over time.  While others focus on traditional job levels like first level leaders and leaders of leaders, we have learned over the years that we provide greater impact and reach in an organization when we focus on emerging leaders, new leaders, and experienced leaders.  We will always aim to be practical, and targeting audiences in this way has allowed for more meaningful peer learning and practical application of concepts.  The learning paths themselves contain a variety of learning methodologies centered around self-directed, collaborative, and experiential learning and development.

We also embrace the power of social learning and development.  The largest untapped source of knowledge in any company is the knowledge we carry in our minds.  Mentoring and coaching help, but our leadership forums formalize the social learning experience and help to increase the scope and power of shared leadership and organizational knowledge.   We also design formal development programs that emphasize peer learning and discussion, as studies have shown that people retain and apply concepts more readily when they are able to share and discuss them amongst cross-functional peers.
